A Mosque-Based Youth Initiative

Building Men of Character
& Purpose

The Big Brothers Program is a community-rooted mentoring initiative grounded in Islamic values — giving young men the faith, skills, and brotherhood to navigate life with intention.

What We Stand For

Three Pillars,
One Mission

Faith & Character

Grounded in the Quran and Sunnah, we guide young men to understand their deen not as ritual but as a complete way of life — with adab, accountability, and taqwa woven into every decision they make.

Life Skills & Navigation

From career readiness and college prep to financial literacy and communication — we equip brothers with practical tools to excel in this dunya while keeping their deen intact. The masjid and the boardroom are not opposites.

Brotherhood & Community

Strong bonds built on honesty and mutual uplift. Our brothers push one another toward excellence — not in competition, but as a unified jama'ah that holds each other accountable and celebrates each other's growth.

What We Offer

The FoundationWeekly Sessions

Workshops & Islamic Etiquette

Our signature weekly sessions cover practical life skills through an Islamic lens: how to communicate with respect, manage your time and finances, build healthy relationships, and carry yourself with the adab of the Prophet ﷺ. Not theory — tools for Monday morning.

CareerQuarterly

Career Development & Mentorship

Resume workshops, mock interviews, and exposure to diverse career paths — from medicine, law, and finance to trades and tech. Brothers connect directly with Muslim professionals who've navigated the same roads.

CollegeBi-Annual

Campus Tours & College Prep

Guided visits to universities and community colleges — so that higher education doesn't feel foreign. We walk brothers through applications, financial aid, and what campus life actually looks like.

CommunityMonthly

Outings, Trips & Brotherhood

Halal recreation — bowling nights, nature hikes, escape rooms, sports days, and travel experiences. Brotherhood forged through shared memory and laughter.

DeenWeekly

Seerah, Fiqh & Islamic Identity

Structured learning on the life of the Prophet ﷺ, practical fiqh for young men, and open discussions that make Islam deeply relevant to the real situations brothers face today.

Our Impact

Every year, we open our doors to 40+ young men and walk with them through 12 workshops, 2 college tours, career mentorship sessions, community outings, and weekly halaqaat — because a brother's growth never stops.

“Whoever does not thank people has not thanked Allah.”— Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
